Credits and payment
One balance for every model, how credits are taken and returned, and how to buy them with QRIS.
XPlor3 runs on prepaid credits. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no automatic billing: you buy a credit package, and every render takes from your balance according to the model and its settings.
The basics
- One balance for every model. There are no image-only or video-only credits.
- Credits do not expire. Unused balance stays for as long as your account exists.
- Credits cannot be cashed out or moved to another account. Paid purchases are not refunded as money.
Buying credits
Open Credits in the sidebar, choose a package, and pay with QRIS from any bank or e-wallet app that supports it. You have 60 minutes to pay and there are no extra fees: you pay exactly the package price. The credits land in your balance as soon as the payment is received.
The current packages and prices are always on the studio's Credits page and on xplor3.space. Larger packages include bonus credits, so the price per credit is lower.
How credits are taken
Credits are taken up front, when you press Run, in a single balance check. The balance never goes negative: if there are not enough credits, the request is refused before anything runs.
What sets the amount:
| Factor | Example |
|---|---|
| Model and tier | Nano Banana 2's Lite tier costs less than its Standard tier |
| Resolution | 4K costs more than 1K |
| Duration | Video models charge per second or per clip, depending on the model |
| Audio | Some video models have a separate rate with audio switched on |
| Variations | Each variation runs and is charged on its own |
Two kinds of model hold credits for their ceiling and return the rest once the result exists: speech models, whose cost depends on the length of the script, and models whose number of outputs is not known before they run. For both, the number on the Run button is that ceiling.
Every model's full rates, beside its maker's official rates, are on the studio's Pricing page.
When credits come back
- A failed result: the credits come back in full, automatically. With several variations, only the failed ones are refunded.
- Cancelled while queued: the credits come back in full. Once a job has been sent to the model, it cannot be cancelled.
- A failed Improve prompt or System Prompt: its 0.2 credits come back.
Every charge and refund is recorded in Activity, with the balance after it.
Promo codes
A promo code gives free credits, not a discount. Enter it on the Credits page. Each code can be used once per account and needs a verified email.
Invite friends
Every account has an invite link on the Credits page. When a friend you invited makes their first credit purchase, you each receive credits. The amount is shown in the invite panel.
So the invite counts
Ask your friend to sign up with email and password through that invite link. The invite code has to be used before the first purchase, and you cannot use your own code.
