History, Library and Projects
Where your results and files are kept, how to organise them, and how long everything is stored.
History
Every generation is in History, in a grid you can filter by kind, maker, model and date. Select several results at once to:
- compare them side by side (two videos can play together),
- file them into a project,
- favourite them,
- delete them, with an Undo button.
Deleted results can be restored, then are cleared for good after 30 days.
Library
The Library keeps the reference files you upload: product photos, logos, clips or audio you use again and again. You can give each file your own name, and that name is never sent outside XPlor3.
Generated results can also go into the Library through Use as input on a result's detail.
Projects
Projects group results by piece of work. One result can sit in several projects at once. Every account starts with six ready-made projects: Ads, Storyboard, AI Character, Motion Control, Series and Motion. Any of them can be renamed or deleted.
Storage
- Results and reference files are kept for as long as your account exists, unless you delete them yourself.
- Results are stored in XPlor3's own storage, not behind temporary links that expire within hours.
- Files can only be opened through short-lived signed links. Nothing is public unless you make a share link or submit it to the gallery yourself.
